These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods at www.pegani.dk.

The important parts first

It's not rocket science. We collect happy customers and will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied - therefore you get all the bore boiled down to an edible summary here:

  • We deliver quickly to the whole world, but magic dust is expensive - therefore you'll have to pay a little for the shipment.
  • If you should happen to be in Denmark, you can pick up your magic items for free from us in Horsens - we can even conjure a cup of coffee for you.
  • 14-days right of withdrawal
  • You then have another 14 days to return the item. Keep the tracking info.

Payment and delivery

Pegani.dk receives payment with the following cards: Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron, JCB, bank transfer and Maestro. There is no charge for payment by card, nor the use of MobilePay, Swish, Vipps or Paypal.

Payment by bank transfer is not covered by the scheme granting the right to object.

The data you provide in connection with an online purchase paid for with a payment card is encrypted (SSL), so only PBS can read them. Neither the online store nor others can read the data.

We do not charge your credit/debit card & PayPal account before the order is dispatched. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, this will follow asap with no extra expenses for you.

The prices are stated in DKK. On top of the price must be added the price of shipment. You choose the shipping method at the end of the order process. There may be charged a payment fee, depending on the chosen form of payment.

All prices to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the rest or EU are shown incl. local VAT and no additional customs duties are charged. As Norway exempts books from VAT, Norwegian customers can shop this product group without VAT. If you are a company in the EU or Norway with a VAT number, you can shop without VAT. We just need to have your VAT-number, and we will sort it out.

Freight

With few exceptions* all shipments cost:

DKK 29,- to customers within Denmark (pick-up) - home delivery DKK 39,-.

DKK 75,- for customers in the EU and DKK 139,- for customers outside the EU.

To several countries, it is also possible to choose DHL express delivery for DKK 250,-.

*Buying large equipment, like tables, large stage props and illusions, we might have to ask for more for the shipping, but we will sponsor at least half of the real expense.
If this is the case with your order, we will get in touch before we ship.

We deliver with PostNord in Denmark and Sweden, and with Bring or DHL in Norway. PostNord works together with your local post, so if you are living in UK, the parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail, in Germany by Deutsche Post, in the Netherlands by PostNL, in Spain by Correos, in USA by USPS, etc. We CO2 compensate for all shipments we can.

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox. You will also receive an e-mail when the goods are sent from our warehouse. You can view your previous orders at any time by logging in to your customer center.

If you live in Denmark, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days. If you order before 2 PM, delivery is usually delivered to you the day after. If you live in Sweden, Norway and the rest of EU, you can expect the package within 2-6 working days.

If you order express delivery, the order can arrive in 1-2 days in Norway, Sweden and most of Europe. Expect 2-5 days with express shipping for the rest of the world.

 

Right of withdrawal

You always have a 14-days right of withdrawal when you shop at Pegani.dk. The cancellation period, therefore, expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not the carrier) receives the item in physical possession - then you must return the item to us within a further 14 days.

If you have bought several items in an order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See "about refunds" of delivery costs in case of cancellation below.

If you have ordered several items in an order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period runs from you or another person of your choice (not the carrier) will receive the last item in physical possession.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

You can also regret by refusing to receive the item at the post office or deliver it in person at the above address. However, this is only against prior agreement by e-mail or telephone. Please note that if the item is not picked up at the post office, it may take 3-6 weeks before we receive it.

If you regret your purchase, the price will be refunded on the card used for payment. This happens as soon as we have received the returned item and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation. Make sure to send adequate information in the return package, so we know where it comes from and what you want to happen. Attach your name and address and preferably a copy of the invoice or a printout of the correspondence you may have had with us. If you do not want us to return the item amount at the same place as the payment came from, you can attach the registration and account number to which you want the refund to take place.

No right to cancellation

The following agreements cannot be cancelled:

- Deliveries of goods which are made to your specifications or which are of a clearly personal nature.
- Deliveries of goods which may be assumed to be perishable or rapidly become time barred.
- Deliveries of sealed items which for health or hygienic reasons are not suitable to be returned, when the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Deliveries of sealed sound or visual recordings or computer software, if you have broken the seal.
- Delivery of digital content such as computer programs, apps, games, music, films etc. which are not delivered physically, e.g. on a CD or DVD, if you previously have accepted that implementation shall begin and that you thereby lose your right to cancel.

How to handle your right of withdrawal

You regret your purchase by letting us know that you regret it. You can, for example, send a letter, an e-mail or call us and state that you regret:

You can use the law's standard cancellation form on this link and send it by e-mail, but this is not mandatory. If you do, we will immediately confirm your cancellation by mail. The cancellation form can be found at the end of the order confirmation.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification that you regret the purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return of the item and return costs

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back.

Note: the return shipment must be delivered to this address - and may not be sent without delivery e.g. for collection in a parcel box.

If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days.

Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to for example very large orders.  The cost of returning these goods is expected to amount to maximum 1000,- DKK.

Refund of money in case of cancellation

When you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

  • If you have purchased several items in an order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
  • If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the additional cost.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned, or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

 

Testing of the product and packaging

You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to another handling of the goods than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties, and how it works.

You may inspect the item in the same way as you can and may in a store, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in a business and we can not sell it again, or can not sell it at full price again, you can expect us to deduct the impairment in the amount you must have left. If the item no longer has a trade value, we will not refund the purchase amount.

You should also make sure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number.

 

Right to make complaints

When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that when you shop at Pegani.dk, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. Therefore, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If a complaint is made within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified.

When you return the item, please clearly state what the defect is. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and you must receive a receipt for the shipment. Save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possibly track and trace number.

If you have sent an item in for cancellation or complaint, we will contact you when we have received the item, unless we have already been in contact about the case before.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you trade with us: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you e.g. with your chosen freight company.

Personal data is registered with Pegani v/Steen Pegani Hedegaard Sørensen and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted. 

In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.

We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection. 

On www.pegani.dk the person responsible for data is Pegani v/Steen Pegani Hedegaard Sørensen.

You are entitled to be told what details about you we process.

If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for.
