MATCHBOX THROUGH TABLE

A really nice little effect that can be a fun element in a small show or performed impromptu-style among good friends.

You show a classic Danish Tordenskjold matchbox and tell your audience that you are now going to do the impossible. You will make the matchbox penetrate the solid table you are sitting at! You hold the box in your hand and smash it against the tabletop. You slowly raise your hand and it turns out you only succeeded halfway... The drawer with the matches is still on top of the table, while the outer box with Tordenskjold's portrait can be pulled out from under the table!

You put the matchbox together and place it back in your pocket.

"Matchbox Through the Table" was invented and developed by Kurt Flemming (formerly Bakkens Pjerrot), who shows it often. He has carefully handcrafted 50 pieces for us, which we are able to offer at a very small price, compared to what you get and how much joy you can have from performing it.
