THE JUMPING GEMS

This great visual close-up trick makes the most out of the "the paddle move". It was invented back in the 50s by magician Ken Allen, who worked at Abbots Magic Company in New York and then opened his own magic store. Throughout generations, the trick has fascinated and inspired new as well as more experienced magicians.

As a young magic dealer, Steen Pegani bought "The Hopping Diamond" at Topps Magic in Sakskøbing and often demonstrated it in his first store. How it looked, you can see in the Youtube clip.
