This classic within children's entertainment is distinguished by the fact that, with a sophisticated twist, it can also entertain an adult audience.
The routine was invented by Stanley Norman fra England and was in its time presented under the name "Elusive Rabbits". Since then, it has gone on a winning streak. For many years produced in a large, beautiful edition at Topp's Magic in Sakskøbing. Now we have received a limited production in the same style. Produced by Kurt Flemming in Denmark. The rabbits are 43 cm. high and can be seen from even the biggest stages.
Hippity-Hop Rabbits is a classic comedy, sucker effect. The magician displays two cut-out wooden figures of rabbits – one white, one black - on solid bases so they stand up-right. Each rabbit has a rectangular wooden cover, decorated with a spot so it matches the colours of the rabbits.
In its presentation, upon the performer's command the two rabbits keep magically changing places, while under their respective covers. At its finale, the effect culminates with a surprise, sucker-effect finish.
