You show the audience 3 silk rings in different colors. After that, you take a piece of black cardboard and folds it into a cone. You then place the ring into the cone, one at a time, but leaves the last ring hanging from the top of the cone. It all happens elegantly and calmly without any suspicious movements. 

After casting a spell, you take the ring that has been visible the whole time and slowly pulls it up from the cone. The 3 rings a now connected! You can immediately throw the rings out to the audience, fold the cone out and show both sides. 

A simple and convincing effect that cheats everyone. Easy to learn!
